Our Two Year Olds Program
(Must turn 2 by October 1 of the school year)
This class is designed to promote young children’s social, language, cognitive and creative skills. This is accomplished through a multitude of activities involving science, math, fine motor and gross motor skills development, stories, music, and learning about Jewish holidays and celebrations. Children can attend 3, 4 or 5 days (your choice of days) from 9:00 to 12:30pm (includes lunch which families provide). We offer afternoon enrichment activities and nap/rest time (12:30pm to 2:30pm), plus early drop-off (8:00am) and after care (2:30-6:00pm; 4:00 pm on Fridays) options.
How Our Program Works
Our early childhood education programs are tailored to provide the best learning experience for your child. We have amazing veteran teachers with a strong commitment to our program and years of experience with children of all backgrounds, strengths, and challenges. Our school designs programs based on a collection of strong early childhood developmental philosophies such as Piaget, Montessori, and Reggio-Emilia with an added foundation rooted in Jewish values and traditions. We teach children how to be kind and caring people by developing the social skills to do so.
Each classroom provides a dramatic play center, science center, block center, fine motor games/toys center, and an art center. Children have opportunities to investigate fine motor activities, arts & crafts, science tables, block construction, writing centers, and literature centers.
